Prices go up and number of items in stock go down. Skip the person checking receipts because if they cared that I scanned everything they should hire more staff on registers and get rid of the self checkout.

Seeing that this one of the few Wal-Mart's that is left on the Southside of Chicago it's okay. Parking and congestion might cause a bit of tension especially at peak hrs. But overall decent experience - Note: Early morning shopping would probably be a 5 star experience.

Requested items to be held in my cart at self-checkout just for them to be put back after I asked and the staff stated they would hold. One of the associates (a tall black female) name Kilita was rude an a liar. She needs to be retrained. She can't even hold a conversation to resolve an issue in the store about anything without acting nonchalant & walking away from me. I had to wait an hour while standing in customer service just to get my personal property back that they claim they threw in the garbage while putting all my stuff back. A black female front-end manager did not offer me a gift card upon my request for my inconvenience. On another day I came in & I observed when your about to exit out the door they check your bags after asking for a receipt like you stole something once you leave self-checkout. Just poor customer service. I do not recommend shopping at this location unless your okay with being treated any kind of way.

Joshua, the tall goofy black guy in Electronics is a rude ignorant individual. If you don't like your job then find another one and especially one that isn't customer service before you get yoself hurt... I'm sure that's why 83rd closed down because this young unprofessional black kids yall hiring... I will go to the less "urban" Walmart from now on.. the store is dirty anyway

Very disappointing to spend so much of my hard earned money here just to be given bad produce. Walmart would never be a place i shop for food for family again. Auto is the only reason to come here. The staff needs retraining as well. Just rude unhelpful, unapproachable

I love shopping there but it has a such a small parking for handicap parking and they took out extra handicap parking for the online pick up other than that the employees are very friendly and helpful
