Meijer's is not open 24 hours since the pandemic they close early and never open back up for late hours instacart keep sending us there when it is not open ITS NOT 24 HOURS

For the past two years, I haven't been able to get on the Meijer website. Google searches for all types of options, (10 or so) still not able to get on. 2 years ago they had no photos of their items on the app, so I was using the online version, & now I can't use the website anymore. If major chains can't fix IT issues, which 80% of the public uses to find sale items, looking for something in particular, etc etc, it's not a good sign.

Don't EVER do their curbside pickup for TOYS. When I tell you... I've spent 2 hours of my week going back and forth with customer service from the cashier to the managers, after constantly arguing about the invalid online order I received... They LITERALLY disregarded my request NOT to substitute with two different orders in the same week. Then when I go in after looking in the bag to tell them that was not what I ordered, the ignorant manager wants to insist they gave me everything I purchased after OBVIOUSLY showing my emailed confirmation with what I ACTUALLY purchased. In addition to them giving me whatever they felt like it instead of what I paid for, it took them an hour to figure out why they couldn't even find the items in order to return or exchange it... how is it possible you can't find something I was charged for and have a receipt for???? Oh idk maybe because I was charged for several items I didn't ASK for. I wrote to their order corporate and they apologized and had the absent store manager Tammy give me a call but when I called her back she never returned my phone call. I was actually in the store and SEEN her in the aisles but she never felt the need to come to the front to rectify the situation after the lady called her twice to come to the front. The biggest issue the entire scene was the LACK of accountability of the incorrect items I received. A manager named John finally came and simply allowed me to exchange what I didn't want without arguing with me...I did nothing wrong but order online and pick it up from Meijers. I had to go in both times and find better comparable items than the ones I received and then wait for them to stop being delusional about whether they did something wrong....Do NOT waste your time on this trash customer service and careless order delivering to curbside.. at least not at THIS location !

Don't get to this store as often as I would like, but I continue to be impressed with each visit. This is a really nice one stop shop. They sell clothing items, housewares, food and wine. I was pleased to find the pickled red onions; I use them on my avocado toast. Delish.

I am a health care provider. I phoned in a prescription and left my full contact information with the pharmacist. When my patient arrived to the pharmacy the next day they were instructed the pharmacy did not have the medication in stock and that another pharmacy who sold it for much higher price had their prescription. I was was never called and notified of this as the patients primary care giver.

This is an underrated gem in the Evergreen Park/Beverly area! The store usually well stocked, organized and has pretty decent prices. The lines are never long; they have many registers including self checkout. The best part about the store is the pharmacy. You usually can get your prescription within hours or less. Also, they will research the best price for your prescription without you asking them. It's incredibly helpful; especially with prices being so high. They are short staffed as everyone is right now. It can be hard to find someone on the sales floor. But when you do, they are very helpful.

Visited Meijers on Father's Day to pickup some breakfast items. I was met in the lot by an Meijers employee ( Omar. S) . Omar had a container full of trash and stated " good morning , happy Father's Day, how is your day going! I of course, immediately responded to Omar with my own greeting and continued into the store. I noticed Omar was on the "spectrum" and appreciated the hiring practices of Meijers since I have a grandson on the spectrum as well. Anyway while in the store I noticed that cherries were over $5.00 a pound and that's the only reason for my four star rating because after leaving the store I was greeted by Omar again who stated, did you find everything you need? , hope you have a good day, happy Father's Day. What a difference a year makes, why run sales if the items are NEVER stocked and on the shelves. This is a weekly issue now. going to the store when they 1st open, in the middle of the day or in the evening same story OUT OF STOCK! Looks like its time for me to move on to a different grocer!

Terrible customer service. I bought my kids 6 boxes of Topps Holiday cards. Walked to my car and noticed one of the boxes was dented pretty bad. I walked back inside and asked to just switch it out with a new box since it's a gift. The service desk said there are no exchanges. Wouldn't even look consider that I just bought it 5 mins ago and didn't leave the parking lot. All over a 25.00 box. Terrible service. Merry Christmas.

The store on Mothers day quiet. 2:30-3:15pm I was on a mission and got all I needed but thought lets get a roaster chicken. They were out so I asked Deli person..She said oh about three minutes..So I wait.. I aksed again about 10 minutes kater. It becomes 10 minutes ..staff are goofing around..people are not getting waited on..I see the chickens oven door is open so I ask " I know I am early but can I please get chicken? " I tell a young guy, a short girl and still the chickens re not out. Tick tock..more time passing and they all see me but look right through me...I then walk around behind back area where she is and ask can I please get a chicken and I am tired and not to well today. She says I had to wait till he got the containers. I wait 10 more minutes..we are up to 25 now and finally a manager type man comes up to me and says are you waiting for something. I say yes 25 minutes to get the three minutes till done chicken. He walks around the back and gets me one. She was going to make me wait until every chicken had been packaged.;people had been standing up front ..no one waiting in them..no bell to ring..laughing and screwing around in back.Oh I get it they thought it was funny~!If there was manager in the deli we do not know where. Some people just walked away..one person went off on them for no service.. The chickens were near burned by the way. The store has not painted or fixed anything from the last review and is far from the store it opened as.
