My mother in law passed away and was due $382. Dollars. A death certificate was taken in to store on 95th street. Now all of sudden xfinity doesn't want to refund the money. Worst company ever. Biggest ripoff company. I would give a zero if I could. Bad bad company. Beware. Go to a different company.

Went in yesterday to return to 2 boxes. You would think that would be simple, but not at all. Brandon Sledge not only removed the 2 boxes but he also removed my 5 active boxes and video package. He also signed the customer consent on his own with a squiggly line. Took me hours to get it resolved , thanks to my connections within the company. Might I add, I work for Xfinity. Couldn't imagine the headache this would be for a regular customer. I spent majority of my day trying to get this resolved. Shame on you Xfinity Evergreen Park. Your Customer Service is piss poor.

My experience at this location was not a very good one. An employee by the name of Courtney assisted me. He was helpful 0 up to the point when he found out that I was not with Xfinity/Comcast. I am with Internet Essentials which is for families that have a fixed income. His attitude was not professional. He had a very disrespectful attitude. I informed him that his customer service needs some work. I myself would not recommend anyone to utilize any of the stores facilities except if you like being insulted and disrespected.?

I was clearly lied to by the agent yesterday about a lot of things. To start off, the things he said seemed shady but since he openly claimed these things out loud I thought there was some validity. Here are the following lies:
1. The staff claimed that by upgrading from a 4th generation account to a 5th generation account, that my bill would decrease from 30 a line to 20 and it did not (he even showed me the computer screen to show and I took a picture of it, so see attached) and when I called customer service last night they said that’s fake.
2. I purchased an IPad from there yesterday because he said there was a $300 off promo for purchasing one. Then backtracked to say it’s a $150 discount instead. I called customer service and they stated they did not see a promo applied and from what they see, I’m paying full price. Hence I’m paying $17.29 a month for 24 months and he said if I don’t do it this way the “promo” wouldn’t happen.
3. The man stated that the $157 deposit I payed for the iPad would go towards the device and not a cent went toward it which makes me believe my money was taken.
It’s much more to it that I could dive into like how Horrible experience overall. Told many LIES just to get a sale.
I didn’t get the sales guy name but he wore a black shirt with the purple Xfinity logo and this took place a little before the store closed. He had who I believe was his girlfriend there eating food together on the side and was excited when they switched the tv to the NBA draft because he won $300 on a pick.
I’m not a fan of having my money played with and not being given the things I was promised. I hesitated on even writing this review, but a lot of false tales were obviously given just to make a sale and that is problematic.
Someone PLEASE explain to me this picture of the screen and plans that I’m clearly not being provided at the rate that I see!

Today I visited because I was having issues with my Internet service at home. Thanks to the associate Cameron who helped during my visit the issue was resolved by getting me a more updated router that matches my gigabit plan. He was very helpful and made the transaction seamless. Keep up the good work!

I wish there was room for a zero about this place. I took my Wife here to purchase a new phone and have the information transferred from here old phone. This guy said he would give her a new phone on my account. I found out after nearly 40 minutes, he added another phone line to my account and put her credit card information on mines where I had it set up for auto pay. When I looked at the bill, I saw he had put her phone on a payment plan for 8 dollars for 24 months, after he said it was free. It took me nearly a day without getting a resolution from xfinity to correct blatant error on their help line. I ended up going to another location to have my problem taken care of, which resulted in them fixing this nightmare that this location created, and they ended up crediting my account. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I should have the reviews because others have had the same issues with this place as I did.

Thank you so much to Janeli for helping me sort out my account transfers. She went above and beyond answering all my questions and making sure everything was taken care of. The rest of the staff were also helpful and friendly treating myself and other customers with patience and kindness. Plus, they laughed at my silly jokes. I truly appreciate you guys!

I came in the store needed help with porting my number over from Verizon . I got the best service ever ! These young ladies were very helpful and patient with me . The store manger went above and beyond with her help ! Go here if u need help with any issues you are experiencing with Xfinity .

Store was packed and no one is being waited on. Employees just standing around. Waited 45 minutes just to return a piece of equipment. Expect nothing less less from Xfinity all together.
