Yesterday between 6:15-30 PM, I walked into this location with hopes of purchasing a new device. Upon walking in, I waited my turn in line. About maybe 8-10 minutes of me waiting, an associate emerges from the back and approaches me informally. I didn’t give him a hard time nor was I rude to him. I told him that I was interested in upgrading my device and he proceeded with that routine. He eventually tells me the cost and I was fixing to pay. Before I paid, I asked him if he could assist with setting up my device. He told me no because he leaves at 6:30 and passed me on to another associate. Yet, he’s still took me and was about to sell me a deactivated device. After he escalated my transaction to another worker, no sort of communication was relayed on what was happening so now I’m back at square one waiting. I was still waiting so I took it upon myself to get in line. My turn comes and the worker he escalated my transaction to told me he didn’t know what was going on. Big side eye and eye roll! Whatever, I start the process over also. We get to the payment part again and I ask the new associate if he could assist me in setting up my device. You know he told me at 6:45 the transaction itself (yes paying) would take 20 minutes plus another hour to transfer my information from my old phone to my new one and therefore he refused me service so he could leave at 8. Since when buying a phone had cut off times? Secondly, either way, I showed up almost 2 hours sooner and me being ordered to wait is not my problem if I did my part. Lastly, I went to another location and I bought a phone in 5 minutes with my phone number activated on it. I’m not understanding why the worker refused me service and lied to me when it turns out selling me a phone takes 5 minutes. Also, transferring the information to the new phony turns out to be self explanatory. This experience had led me to feel infuriated, lied to, and discriminated against all uncalled for.

We went in to exchange our modem which was overheating and while we were there we were offered a free phone line which we took advantage of, everything was going great until the representative Felix decided to make a personal phone call at the exact time that he was asking my husband for his DOB and social and right after my husband gave him the info he hung up . First of all it’s so unethical and non professional to make a personal phone call while taking care of customers and second of all why would he make that call at that exact moment. That behavior was so suspicious to us because who does that? I really hope nothing happens with our personal information.

My experience!
You enter with a “Welcome”. You wait in line for about 10-15 mins, depends on who is at the desk. You sign up for service and they tell you the “Sales Pitch”. You don’t get told the exact details on what your bill will be monthly.
They tell you along with your Internet and Phone service, you get two cameras: Indoor/Outdoor. I ask, “Is this an extra charge”? I’m told, “No” it’s part of the package!
You get an invoice in the mail two weeks later…”Camera Installment $230.00. WOW!🤯

Xfinity Store by Comcast Branch. When I walk in the store I was greeted by a friendly, kind Sale Agent she was a very polite. If I any questions or concerns she send to the right person to help me with solve my problems 👍

They are the worst Internet in the world. They will not help you out at all. They are very sick with their customer. I pay all my money for this Internet and they cannot get my Internet back on. what is shame on them.

The experience at this place was awful!! I was so excited to switch phone providers but after they messed up my order twice I decided to tell them to cancel everything. We were there for over 3 hrs, management was not available. What’s the point of having an xfinity store if the employees have to call customer service or phone management? The employees literally can’t fix anything they are there pretty much to take payment. The lines are always long too and employees are no use.
