Got brand new tires and rims costing about $2400 here, immediately upon leaving, my cars steering wheel is shaking all over the place. I turn around and go back, and they rebalance the tires. After leaving I still noticed the wheel shaking at 60 mph again but it would come and go so I wasn’t sure if i was actually feeling a problem or just road noise. A week later I returned to the shop told them that I was getting steering wheel shaking at 60 mph and the rear tire sensors keep going out. He states that he doesn’t know why the wheel is shaking but it is not the tires. A month later I saved up the money for a diagnostic for the car, and had to pay a diagnostic fee then pay to have the tires rebalanced. After this I went back to the shop and was told I got “fu**ed over” by the dealership and that he wasn’t going to reimburse me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH COOKS TIRES. The owner would not even apologize for the mistake.

Shop around for what you want and then call Brian to make the purchase. I am on probably my 8th set of tires on various vehicles through the years, some of them including rims and Cook can't be beat!
