“I'm writing this review and I'm giving them a 5 purely for their customer service when we received our order it was about 75% thawed out but it's also been several 90ﾟ days. When I called them and explained the situation, they said they would ship it the following week with more ice so this review is based purely on them doing the right thing thanks so much.”
