Did an online order for In store pickup. Picked it up provided the ID and card used. Somehow they didn’t show the purchase completed and the store called my sons phone on the account and sent hateful texts basically accusing him of stealing it and he needed to do the “honest thing” next day they finally call my phone the acct holder. Same thing very accusatory and sounding hateful. First time I was contacted about the situation. Went into the store a couple hours later to fix it same thing hateful and says “where is all this hostility coming from?” I said well instead of accusing some one of stealing something when YOU made a mistake you should start off with “I’m sorry I messed up could you please come in and get this fixed”. I’d give negative five if it was an option.

The store manager Rosa at Fairfield store is so helpful, kind and helpful when you go in to the store. Know matter what you go in for if it may be an upgrade and new plan or just a simple issue you may have with your phone, she is always there to help resolve the issue and in a great mood. I will continue to go to the Fairfield store to do business!!

I recently made the switch from T Mobile to AT&T and was surprised at what a simple process it was. Rosa was very knowledgeable and helpful and just seemed a natural at customer service. I felt like a valued customer and not just number. Thanks for that.

AT&T in Fairfield is my favorite AT&T store period! The workers are always super helpful and Rachel was super quick and kind.

Customer service from the “manager”, I believe her name was Rosa/Racheal, absolutely horrendous…. She is not doing AT&T any justice. Did not want to assist us at all, next closest AT&T store had us fixed and out the door in under an hour! To save the heartache/headache the 45 min drive (albeit sad) is well worth the time.

Wow the manager Rosa was super rude. She refused to even try to change my name on my account. She told me to call them. I did and they told me it had to be done in the store. She refused to even try and I had to drive to Mt. Vernon to get it done. Even though the Mt. Vernon manager offered to walk her through it.
