I came in to Jim’s Custom Auto after having a bad experience with my prior mechanic. I told him all the things that were wrong on my truck and he made time in his already busy shop for my truck to get repaired. He was friendly and professional. I had the rear ended on my truck replaced by a different mechanic and it ended up grinding and pulling the u bolts off while pulling. Jim's was able to get it fixed on a tight budget and the customer service was outstanding! seriously a lifesaver. highly recommend!
