Periodically, I note the computer is off line. I am not tech enough to know why, did I do something, is the system hiccupping, is something in the neighborhood sucking power, all unknown. I wil documnt those instances if they continue and try to give you more information. Happy with tv, not happy with computer so far.

I am forwarding this review on behalf of my mother who is 90 years old. Mom had phone service with Sparklight which worked fine. I upgraded her TV and wanted to get her cable TV naturally we decided to use Sparklight.On Monday Jan 30 placed order for TV installation and installation technician was due to install on Friday, February 3rd between 12-5 pm. Friday at 2:30 PM no show, called Sparklight and was told installation had been cancelled, but multiple sales associates had no idea why. A new install date was made for Monday February 6th. The install technician timely arrived and performed a very speedy and professional job. The only pleasant experience with Sparklight to date.Now the problems, when the Friday rescheduling occurred Sparklight terminated my mother's phone service. I live out of state but drove over for the install. The Tech told me what had happened, but he did not have authority to reconnect. After the TV cable install which functions great, I spent the next 3 hours trying to get phone service reconnected to no avail. I was transferred multiple times to " a fellow associate who was going to solve my problem". It never occurred. Furthermore, I was told mom would have to get a new phone number since it had been disconnected a week. It had only been disconnected a day and only because of Sparklight's incompetence. Today, Tuesday February 6th, mom still has no phone.Bottom line here is problem, the back office is working remotely and you cannot reach anyone who has both the ability and the authority to solve your problem. You end up getting caught in an endless transfer loop.

Works Great when working. We do however have frequent loss of signal. Constantly have to reboot our modem. Very frustrating.

Great internet when it decides it wants to work! Constant outages. I constantly have to restart my modem. For a period of about a week I had to call and have to get it troubleshooted so it’d work.

Service is exceptional. Everyone is nice and helpful. I do get aggravated at the still watching sign in middle of screen. All else is perfect

The Service Technician was on time, very professional. He was very informative on where the best place to put the connection was. He was also helpful and answered all of our questions. I would recommend him and Sparklight to anyone looking for Wi-Fi service in this area!

Cancelled them after 3 weeks.We chose the unlimited internet plan that runs $175. That was recommended for our kids gaming and our streaming of movies. Much more expensive than other companies but i assumed i would get the best service. NOT with this company. Our wifi worked well in exactly 1 room of the house. They put off fixing the issue for 3 weeks and when finally they managed to schedule a service they didnt show up. To cancel this service i now have to drive an hour to take their equipment back and their office is only open 5 hours a day. What a joke!

our service has been great except for a brief period the other day our phone did not work right. No one could hear us. we could hear but no one could hear us. Also we need a listing of channels and where they are located for the TV'

We had a little difficulty at first, with installations. However, once we were fully installed, we like the cable and internet. One time, late at night we lost signal for about 30 minutes.

I've not had a great experience with this company at all. Anytime the internet goes out, which by the way is quite often, there is never anyone there to answer my call. It's just a long automatic system, with hardly any solutions to my problems. They claimed that "Our internet is faster than fiber.", which made me extremely uneasy they would have such a bold claim.All in all, internet speeds are slow, overpriced, and customer support leaves something to be desired.
