Mail never appears federal documents seemingly gone

I have mail that has not been delivered 3 times. Recently I mailed my utility bill, less than 3 miles. I sustained a Late bill. I called them it was more than 2 weeks after I mailed that they received it!!!!
Don't depend on this post office.

When I wanted to send a package the lady came out and helped me to get the right package for me that was helpful
