Curtis was great! I bought a phone from a different Verizon and he fixed it back to normal. I will only shop here now. He's great.

I went to Verizon on a telephone call which misinformed me about what I was entitled too. I was hard on Ryan because of the misinformation I was told. But he turned it around and I got the new Samsung 25 ultra. He was excellent. Give him a pay raise because I was mad. He was understanding and kind.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to help us transfer our phones and get us up and running. These ladies need a raise.
