Every single thing that was asked was addressed. She made us feel very comfortable without rushing us into a decision. Rebecca P thanks soooo much for making us feel comfortable and for staying late and helping us get every single thing addressed. Hay big guy she deserves a raise in 2024:)

Services seem limited to o what the operator can tell as you could learn to use the items the store sells by the extent of what you have during use the most likely idea you could handle is what are you doing putting a noise machine to your head or testing what you see over the entirety you have already rone

Our experience was great! We had chosen to go with another company at first but ultimately decided to switch for better service. Curtis was extremely helpful, and fast. He was friendly at all times and made us feel welcome, the other company paled in comparison.

Earlier this week I went in to open a new line with Verizon at this store and the guy working was super nice and helpful. He told me that my phone would be ready Friday (today) and I could come in after work to get it and set it all up. I came in 40 minutes before close (I took off work early to insure I had plenty of time) and the woman at the counter immediately and very rudely told me that they were “backed up” (2 customers were in front of me) and closing soon and that they would NOT help me even though I had been already told that my new phone was ready! I am extremely disappointed! This is not a great way to treat any customer especially a brand new one just setting up their new line!!

Curtis was very helpful in getting me all setup! Lost my phone and wanted to create my own account and Curtis did just that in speedy fashion! I was out the door in no time with a brand new phone!

Derek was awesome! Patty - not so much! Derek stayed late to help us get our new phones when we came in close to quitting time. He was helpful & courteous & actually made dealing with a phone company a good experience. He gets 5 stars in our book!

Better place to buy your phone then walmart but that is it ... all they do is SELL phones! If you need help or a repair they are a lil useless

Curtis was super helpful, wife lost her phone, we were traveling, found this Verizon store, and, very fortunately, Curtis was able to access the account, lock the lost phone, sell us a new phone, recover everything from the lost phone, show us how to use the newer IPhone, and all within about 30 minutes, we were back on the road and very relieved and satisfied. Again, Curtis was super helpful, efficient, and friendly.
