“Friendly and will work with you. I had items that looked older but they still bought it from me. The only pawn shop in the area that accepts items that are not in the best shape. Would recommend.”
“Just dropped by to see if they'd take any of my old coins and they did and I walked out of there with more than I was expecting! Super great guys in there and super friendly I instantly felt welcomed. And the dog Haley is a must see, super sweet. Please stop here, great experience.”
“Great jewelry store! I got several deals here!
They have a huge selection of rings here as well as lots of other jewelry. I spent a quite a bit of time trying on multiple rings and the whole time the staff was extremely kind and very attentive. They were also very knowledgeable and informative. They explained to me what type of metal each piece was made out of as well as what stones were in each piece which was extremely helpful. Thank you so much!”
“super friendly, knowledgeable owner and workers who are eager to assist you! they have a variety of cool, old, used, etc. things to browse and/or buy. they make sure i always feel welcomed the second i step through the door. this pawn shop is such a perfect little shop on Main St. for Collinsville to have!”
“Bought from this owner many times. Always treated me well. They're professional and friendly. They seem to know a lot about the products they sell. Prices fit my pocketbook nicely. Other shops have been obvious with their info on many products, to be making things up and havetried to rip me off. After my first visit here, no need or desire to go anywhere else. Try them, it's worth your time and effort.”
“I absolutely love this location! I’ve been coming here for years and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful, especially the manager. I strongly suggest coming to the Collinsville location and experience the professional care that is Pawn King!”
“Probably the greatest pawn and jewelry experience I've ever had in my life. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't trust my pawn and jewelry to anyone else!”
“Great deals, friendly staff, and family operated and owned.
They are knowledgeable about the products they sell.
The best part is they work with you if you are behind as long as you communicate with them.”

“Very professional, called to see if any stolen items from a robbery were sold to them and they collected detailed information and said they would reach out to law enforcement if someone attempted to sell something to them that matched the descriptions.”
