Been coming for a while mostly for pedicures. This last time got polish that must have been old or very low. She put a layer of white on first thinking that would make up for it. A week later nails were looking pretty rough. Went in to get it fixed and they charged me again. Never complained before, so I felt like they should have done the right thing and fixed at their expense. And they were dismissive and a bit rude about it. Won’t be back.

Customer service is horrible. Walked in at 7pm when the sign says open til 8pm and was refused service with no other customers in the building

Worst visit I ever had today and I been coming to them for YEARS!!!! I asked the lady to wash her hands before she touched my face (like I always do!) but I guess today she had an issue with me asking. My face is sensitive! You can’t just do my feet and touch my face! Then my bill $48 with the discount I told her put it all on the card and bring me back change for the $20 bill so I can tip her in cash. Instead she leaves my card up front and applies the $20 to the whole bill. Personally I feel she was more concerned about the white couple who came in last minute, cause she started rushing my service at the end. I always come in and tip at least $8-10+ depending on service, but today service was TRASH and I’m very disappointed to be treated like that as a REGULAR CLIENT!

not happy at all. Came here on a day that my usual nail tech was not available, At a different salon. When I first came in, she was rushing so much. It was obvious that she did not care about the health of my NAILS at all. Made fun of me for having thin nails. When she was doing the dip, she was moving way too fast and smeared it. She just slapped more on top of it and pretended like it didn’t happen. The top coat polish was super streaky. at the end of all of it, even though I’m not one to ever speak up, I made it very clear to the owner that I was unhappy with my results. There was dip powder caked under my nail, polish flooding into my cuticles, and the edges of my ROUND nails were jagged. when I let him know, she started yelling from the other side of the salon and talking with another girl in Vietnamese, making it very clear that she was talking about me. He cleaned everything up, which added more time. $38 for a crappy experience is not worth it to me.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because they polished my nails over. A week ago I got my nails and feet done here. Not only was my polish bad but the lady did my eyebrows and let's just say I ran to another nail shop and they fixed them after laughing at me. Ok..a few days later not 1..not 2...but 6 nails peeled up. Like all the polish was gone. I been working so today I go back and show them. No argument..he agrees to repolish them..but only the ones that chipped. I said this is a different bottle the color will not be the same...he disagrees and continues. Boom..the colors don't match. After trying to convince me tgey matched..he changed the other 4. Now I used to go here for a couple years. The service has declined. I will not return. And they definitely talk in their language in ur face when they're upset. And pay attention to if they offer black clients anything to drink.
Stylist: All new people. This place used to be put the door with clients. Empty the day before the 4th. Says a lot.

Don't go here!!! This was just an overall horrible experience. Everything was rushed and my pedicure is horrible. Not only did they rush my nails they over charged me $20 and when confronted the lady denied it

Also, I am grateful for the $5 off coupon that was honored. Since, last time I did mention it when getting nails done but did not mention again when eyebrow and lip was done. So I did not receive it. I do appreciate accepting it today for services. Much appreciated.

Always do a very good job. I leave with my feet feeling so good and relaxed. They are very nice.
