I would just like everyone to be aware NOT to purchase from Aaron’s in Fairview Heights! I got a washer & dryer set from them & had one payment left but my washer was being repaired. They returned the washer and the upon using it a ton of roaches were in it when I opened it. They admitted to me they had several customer complaints and they got a fridge from someone with roaches & they missed bombing it. I asked for a full refund (they came and got the washer & dryer immediately when I called them) and they told me they would pay off my contract in full (wow a whole $50) and would give me a new set. However, since my brand new home has been exposed to roaches, I have no interest in anymore products from them EVER. I thought everyone should be aware!
UPDATE: Karen the GM of the store just called me and told me she ain’t giving me a refund, she has canceled my account and now has gotten all the money for the washer & dryer minus $71.49 & I also do not have my washer and dryer. So I’m out about $3000 now.

I was told twice my washer and dryer would be delivered today between 2 and 6pm and that they would call prior to delivery. Not only did I not receive a call. But I also never received my delivery. They also told me over the phone that my items were loaded onto the truck and that they only had 2 deliveries before mine. What is especially frustrating is the fact that I live 2 minutes from the store.

Typical rent to own store. You'll pay much more than market cost, but you'll get your items quickly. Most of the staff I'd knowledgeable and very help. Still, if you can afford to buy out right, I'd do that. If you can't, they are a good option.

The staff are always pleasant when I speak with them. They have some good quality items in stock right now too at a reasonable price as well .

All out horrible experience online and in store. The store manager Karen at the Fairview Heights store is very rude. She talks at you vs talking to you. I paid my money for my order 2 and a half weeks ago. I've called on 3 different occasions and was told that I would receive a call back. I was told this twice by Karen and never received a call. I was on the phone with her discussing my concerns and was cut off by her and was told that she was going to help the customer in the store and make me a priority to call and it never happened. I thought that I was a customer as well. I guess since my money was already taken, I was no longer of any importance to your company. I had an online order canceled just to be told I have to talk to my local store about my refund when the local store told me to reach out to the online reps about my issue. The lack of compassion that is displayed by associates from your company is very disappointing. Someone at the corporate office needs to step in because eventually the loss in customers will start to affect your business.

Friendly fast service be aware you will be paying much more than the retail price of the items because of leasing fees and interest

I have been a loyal customer for years. I’ve bought 3 furniture sets and a washer and dryer all paid off in 90 days cash. Monday i tried to order some new furniture and was told they only do business with new customers if they sign up for auto pay. I already was reluctant because there’s no way that’s a law i have to sign up for auto pay. So i decided to just sign up and we got to the end and they gave me a delivery date and everything. So then when i asked if they could highlight in my contract where it said it was mandatory to sign up for auto pay the sales guy Brian sent me to the store manager Karen and Karen said it’s not in the contract that’s what they do at their store and she was making an executive decision to cancel my order and they won’t be doing business with me. All because they lied and said it was mandatory and they couldn’t prove it so when confronted about it she got angry. They are scamming customers to get their store numbers up and losing the company a lot of business..

Nice furniture, and good customer service but if you are late by one day and unable to be reach. They call all of your references, call your job acting like you are running off with their furniture.

I for got the lady's name I had but 100pct she should get a pay raise iv never had anyone be so nice about everything she let me take my time figuring out what was going on and she explained everything well best Aaron's iv ever bin too the rest of them iv bin too r rude as helk I would recommend this Aaron's ty u for the great service
