I wouldn't use this bank if my life depended on it. They refused to make change for MEMBER of their bank. So if you want a bank that provides great service. Don't come here. They will take your money and provide no services in return.

This bank has automated everything except notifying customer of changes in their account that changes monthly fees…seems predatory. I’m appalled after 25 plus years and then this. No thank you!!!

Had a great experience with employee Kelcy..She fixed an issue that three times I called several branches about, but still was not fixed..She is what I call a person who likes serving people, Kudos to Employee Kelcy!!!

I've used this same facility for many years and never had a negative experience and that's goes a long way as far as I'm concerned as good customer service. I utilize mostly Drive thru for transactions ? great experience. Questions usually I make digitally on computer. Like their method used for safe baking.

Our bank was taken over by this bank. The switchover was poorly planned and chaotic. Also the mobile app and online banking is outdated and you can’t rely on it for a correct balance. They said a pending charge can be completely deleted for days while waiting for the merchant to “grab it” and then added back in as pending again several days later. This is 2020... you mean to tell me I still need to carry around a checkbook register and write down every transition?! I can’t just look at my account and see my balance. What the heck?!

Looooooong wait! The excuse for everything is they brought out another bank and they took all of their employees. HIRE.... Find a solution!!! No safe deposit boxes. ...same excuse. They will give you cookies! As if that’s going to help or distract you from the wait! I’m visiting and feel sorry my parents and the community this bank serves. Why do they have to deal with long waits and excuses!!! This. Would never acceptable where I’m from. This bank will be brought out soon.
