Last month I went into the AT&T store in Fairview Heights and had the worst customer service/experience. They added a line without my permission. In addition, I was informed that my bill would be cheaper moving forward however I was deceived. I went back to the store a few weeks later after receiving my bill with an $160.00 increase. The store manager was not friendly, threw his staff under the bus, told me he would call me in a few days about adding a credit to my bill. As of today I have not received one phone from the store manager. Avoid this store!!!!

i was in the store this morning and spoke with DARIAN and CANADA about an issue i was having with my phone. They were more helpful in 10 minutes than other stores and Best Buy have been in the last 3 days. Prior to today i was told the only way to unlock my phone was to go to Apple that is 40 miles away. Iwant to thank them again for the great service I will be back

My daughter broke her phone. Canada went above and beyond to help us out. Limited budget, limited time, he took control, made everything super easy and relaxed. Best experience at any phone store in Fairview Heights, Ever! Thank you.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the AT&T store in Fairview Heights, IL. The evening manager on duty — unfortunately, I did not catch his name — was shockingly rude and dismissive. His lack of professionalism and customer service skills made the entire visit frustrating and uncomfortable. I came in seeking help and left feeling completely disrespected. AT&T should take a serious look at who they’re putting in charge during evening hours. I expect far better from a company of this size.

He listened carefully to what I needed, explained all my options without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Whether you’re upgrading your phone, switching plans, or dealing with tech issues, Canada knows his stuff and makes the entire process smooth.
