If your car need a repair, and you purchased a warranty, they are not going to proactively tell you. They are going to attempt to charge you. Ensure to purchase a warranty and get the car checked out before purchasing it, thought they were getting over $800 from my elderly mom. I had to remind them that she has a warranty. They tried to make it as if they did us a by fixing the car and when I challenged them on a few things they got mad and told us not to come back. MY PLEASURE!!, The warranty probably covered the total repair cost anyway

I just went back to Auto Solutions to purchase a 2nd car from them. They make the buying process affordable and quick! Plus, it's been 5 years since I purchased my last car and it's still running great!

I brought a Chevy Silverado from them about 4 years ago and I’ve had issues with it the entire 4 years. They had to replace the engine after the first week of me having it and the truck still failed on me many of times. They just want your money and charge you crazy interest rates. They will scam you out your money so i highly wouldn’t recommend these folks. When I called to confront them about the truck I was called out of my name. Very unprofessional from them.

Applied for financing, finally got back to me today saying the bank wants half down on a 15k car, when I laughed and said the bank can go screw themselves because I sure as hell can't afford that Kevin laughed and said looks like you've already done that with one company. Rude and hostile and totally unprofessional. I will never give this company my money.

Either they genuinely made a mistake, or they straight up lied about which trim the car was. Do your own research before buying from them. Might save you some money.
