Ordered a K&N for a Buick Envista. While they are under construction/upgrade they were organized and got my order quickly. The staff was friendly and I will likely come back. Side note: They have a lot of floor space, so I imagine when they are fully set up, they will have a huge variety. It's the largest Autozone I have ever been in.

Refused to price match a quart of oil. They are willing to let a customer walk out the door then to just match and get the sale. Save yourself the time and headache and go to O'Reilly cause they will tell you they want to keep the customer happy rather then let them walk out and go to a competitor. Poor service on Autozones part so ill make the longer drive from now on to go where the customer is priority.

These guys got me out of a rough situation yesterday after another location refused to install a battery! I’m so grateful. I managed to bring my car to a different location at first after jumping my car’s dead battery and pulled up with 1% on my phone with everywhere else in Belleville closed for easter weekend. They didnt feel like replacing my battery and made excuses to send me away, so I called THIS location with my last 1% on my phone. They said “If you come in, we’ll get you back on the road no matter what. we’ll take care of it.” Two gentlemen (I believe their names were Michael and David??) had my new battery installed in less than five minutes and made the experience so much better. I should’ve gone to this location first!

Just stopped by for a quick headlight bulb replacement.
Caden was phenomenal to work with. He was quick, efficient, and very helpful! I’ve never been very knowledgeable with cars, even just a simple headlight bulb replacement.
As he was replacing the bulb he walked me through the steps so I now know how to handle it myself next time!
Hats off to Caden 👍🏻

Needed some new lug nuts due to Discount tire store cross threading mine with their impact wrench.
The “Helpful” young lady working at AutoZone needs to find another line of work. I had to explain what tire weights were. Huh!!?

Man Man man I’m talking about above and BEYOND:
Man JUDY is the absolute best! 5 stars just ain’t enough! I was doing a return & there was a lil mishap.
She stayed determined and so were her staff members to help me find a return slip. I had to come back because I didn’t have my card to finish the process so there’s a 24/hr hold. (No worries) So make sure to bring your card so this issue won’t happen to you! But, when I seen her go in every trash can diligently looking to find that small snack sized receipt. I was just amazed. Could not believe what I was seeing. I haven’t seen customer service like that in all my life. Especially for such a me mistake on top of that!! Plus with a smile as well. How dare she have a smile with it mannn!!! Very blessed and honored to have seen such dedicated worker in our midst! Show love to this AutoZone.

Personally I been having the worst week with my car & that made my day. This will be the only AutoZone I got to from now on. I know Judy is the Manager but she deserves a Bigger & Brighter raise Corporate Auto Zone!

Excellent customer service from the team in FH. Judy and David N were very friendly and took the time to explain my battery issue to me. They also provided recommendations on how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. The battery was replaced and I was on my way in no time. They made an otherwise stressful situation a pleasant experience. Thank you again.
