“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!

“We had to buy a new battery for my daughter’s car, and Steven was amazing. He not only helped me find the right battery for a good price, but he also gave us an extra good deal, and installed the battery. I felt terrible because it was the middle of this gruesome heatwave. It was an obnoxious install because the battery cage didn’t fit the new battery perfectly, and also, my nosy ass wanted to watch him do it so I could learn. He was SO friendly, explained each step as he did it, and wrestled with the poorly fitting cage until it fit, all with good humor and incredible kindness. A wonderful experience, a very lovely person, and five stars all around.”

“I always receive excellent service when I visit the Collinsville, IL store.I recently ordered a part that had to be delivered from St. Louis because the Collinsville location didn’t have the part in stock. Unbeknownst to me the wrong part was delivered to Collinsville. Your store representative, Shelly, caught the error and went above and beyond to correct the issue with minimal inconvenience to me.Shelly has a great attention to detail and provided exemplary customer service to resolve the error.
