“Harrison was amazing this morning. My friend's battery was dead and he replaced it for us and cleaned up the corrosion. He even tested the charging system to make sure she was all set! Thanks Harrison!!”
“I just sent my daughter to Auto Zone to get her windshield wipers replaced. Especially since she's going to a doctors appointment that's 30 minutes away and its raining.
They told her because it was raining they couldn't do their complimentary wiper installation. She did tell them she was traveling to a doctors appointment, same response.
What a huge disappointment, I've been an Autozone Loyalist for 30+ years across the entire United States.
Today I went to O'Reilly! Thank you for your professionalism! I'm ready for the next 30 years!

“I am an auto zone type of guy...however I went to auto zone and they didn't have the relay in stock or the capability to order one. So I went to O'Reilly and they had one in stock and were able to order the other 5 that I needed. So that was awesome. No longer biast am I. 5 stars for O'Reilly”
“I took my elderly father recently and had an excellent experience with Nate, the store manager. My dad has Alzheimer's and was not on the top of his game, but Nate was patient, replaced Dad's car battery, and helped us make the task easier and pleasant. Thank you, Nate!”
“The staff is always great but this morning I was waiting in line and the sun was beaming through the windows and made me sweat. Not a big deal for me but I can't imagine being an employee because the sun was shining behind the counter too. Why aren't there some cheap blinds put up? I don't like supporting poor management but being from Springfield, MO I always shop at O'Reilly.”

“Honestly it's best just to get batteries that are not common or applications that are different at Batteries Plus. I had ordered what I thought was needed on Amazon only to find out it would not work. Previously I got an uncommon glass mat battery for a Porsche Boxter there when others had no idea what I needed.”
