Disappointed. The St Clair location used to be an actual store. Now it's just a kiosk. The kiosk was closed 20 minutes closing time. They should have waited a bit longer in my opinion.

The other day I had a fish cross over the rainbow bridge and I needed a good lift me up. I came and picked out a kitty and Brian helped me stuff her and bring her to life. He was so compassionate and nice it really helped me out that day.

Waited in line to buy some gift cards, but I had a question about payment methods that confused the staff so badly that I couldn't get anyone to actually sell them to me, even with cash. Very frustrating.

Smaller kiosk shop. Not a full store. The young lady that helped us was great! A 5-star! The 3-star is due to the tv advertising that implies you can get a build-a-bear during your birthday month and pay your age in dollars. My granddaughter was ecstatic as she just turned 14, loves build-a-bear, and thought she could get her choice for $14. No...there's one bear. Birthday bear. That's it. So, instead, she spent $53 getting the bear, scent and outfit of her choice. It's almost 2 hours from home! She was happy. I feel we were misled.

I recently took my niece and son here and they have always loved making their own teddy bears and dressing them up! The sounds, birth certificates, and wish hearts make them even cuter!!! Laura and Gavin were very nice and helpful. We'll be back. ?

Took my 4 kids today with their Aunt who wanted to buy them a BAB for Christmas Ryan was excellent with my very excited kids and very patient with them sad it not a store anymore but the kiosk had something each of my kids wanted and loved thanks for making my kids experience a good one Ryan

Stellar customer service. I took one of my mentees to build a bear for her birthday. A woman waiting behind us was extremely rude, but the girls working the kiosk continued to give us excellent customer service, 100% for first time experience. Blessings to those girls ❤️.
