I drove 500 miles and was excited to get to a Cardinals store.... Store was not open at the posted hours... Change your hours on the web if you aren't going to open at that hour... Sorry you lost hundreds in sales today.

It says I called this place which I did but I also went in there and got a shirtBut I asked them if I could order something at the store and pay for it at the store and have it either shipped to the store or to my house and they said they don't do that.

Walked in ready to buy a blues jersey. The worker just walked around the opposite side of the store fighting with someone on his phone. It wasn’t until after waiting 7 minutes that I grabbed the hanger stick to help myself that he decided to ask if I needed help. When I said yes, he walked over and snatched the hook from me and was extremely rude. I walked out and down to pro sports where I was greeted, helped and even saved $79. Will never recommend cardinals club house to anyone will send all my friends to pro sports.

Not sure what's going on with this place, but they ruined my Molina jersey earlier this year, now completely messed up a birthday gift for my daughter. I honestly don't know how a defect this glaring could slip past an employee. Buyer beware, do not let this store custom embroider your merchandise.

My husband and I keep checking hoping that the lady will open the store. We have even resorted to calling every day and we aren't the only ones. I hope that soon she will either open the store or they replace her with someone that will.

I wanted a beanie hat embroidered for Father's Day and another store wasn't able to accommodate so, I went to Cardinal Clubhouse. It was my first time in the store and I wasn't disappointed. John was able to embroider my hat same day and took the time to explain the process so, I would have a reference for the future. He did a great job and my dad loved it! Thanks John.

I bought a Christmas present for my nephews son and the girl behind the counter told me if I bought 2 things I got a stuffed animal free. He loves the hat and the bear which were the add-on items. Thank you!
