Kelsie was very helpful and proffesional. We managed to do a name change, ssn addition to the account. We were not able to open a joint account because of our situation, but she directed us to the right steps to get one in the future.

One of the friendliest places I have been in a long time. Staff greats you when coming into their facility. Staff is always willing to help with questions and services. Angela Watson, Branch Manager, has done a wonderful job of managing this branch.

Great team of individuals down in Fairview Heights! I came in to add my wife on my account and Nadder, who is very professional and kind, pushed back his lunch to take care of us. Also, Benny was very friendly while we waited and gave our little one a friend to keep company.

Well sheesh, my banker fee is only 5$, my banker is over working , stoping Transactions, denying deposits , switching trans dates, and sending checks back ... Im in Red NOW , they paid the bank Overtime , off my little 5$ account .

My issue is with their phone system. There's no way to talk to a human, no matter what prompt you press. #5 should have gotten me to someone but it was dead air for almost 5 minutes, then the call was dropped.

If coming to this location don’t bother. You will be asked by Benny to leave and come back. Don’t bother with corporate calling does nothing.Just understand walking in this location and with Benny there you can see why their rating is garbage.Toss the trash that is Benny and it will improve

Been a customer for over 20 years. Got to this branch at 5:05 and they would not help me. Left me stranded for a night in Illinois. I’m switching banks! Chase doesn’t care about their customers.

Great atmosphere, professional staff, and I love the way we get greeted warmly every time we enter the lobby. Needed a few legal documents to be notarized and Nic K. accommodated us even though it was almost time for him to clock out. When we had to come back because the documents he previously notarized needed to be revised and plus a few more documents needed to be notarized too, Nic gladly notarized them and was very patient and polite. My mom was very impressed too and was very thankful that she is now banking with Chase.Shout out to Benny too for helping us get a last minute appointment with Chase Brentwood when they could not accommodate us in Fairview Heights. He went an extra mile to make sure we are taken care of.

I recently opened an account. When I deposited my check they put a hold on it for over a week. I spoke to two representatives who were rude and unhelpful. They are refusing to lift the hold or cancel the check all together. This experience makes me not want to bank with them at all and I just opened the account.
