The manager of this location Tanya and the current staff very impressive. You get a real welcoming and positive shopping experience. They let you know they appreciate you for choosing them to do your shopping. It’s not the old staff i promise if you go in and see for yourself you will not be disappointed this staff is nothing short of excellent.

Update: I took the review up 2 stars bc their shoe selection is great . The service is a hit and miss . A couple women are nice. The rest are rude .
They closed and locked the doors before the actual closing time . That’s lazy

I have been here many times same vibe every time. The manager and employees are rude. They may try to hire someone sweet but they don’t stay because the chubby girl and and the manager that’s been there awhile are mean and rude. I think they should be replaced them to get better vibes in store. They don’t speak when u come in . Customer service is very bad here please pray for them you guys.

They don’t know how to open up on time . It says 11am on the door but they opened at 11:30. SMH.

I have 2 stars because citi trends is my local Shein, however the employees in this location could use a raise and some people skills. I’ve never in my life seen managers and asst managers act as if they didn’t want to deal with the customer! I just had an horrible experience with Al whom I am assuming is a manager I was on my phone he needed to get by and instead of saying excuse me he made a smart comment. Then when I said something he said he asked could he get by and didn’t want to interrupt me! Please Al! You were being rude and didn’t want to be bothered on top of no thank you or anything! This store needs to close and get some better training with staff! I’m truly upset because I shop there all the time and wish I could shop online because I hate the customer service in this store! Do better people we do not have to shop there and if you don’t like your job find something else and GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
