I'm at Dick's Sporting Goods. I'm elated with the customer services skills of Kenny and Kayden ( I hope I spell his name correctly) are outstanding. Even though they are overwhelmed with they still gave me outstanding service. They were patient and took the time to all of my questions, and even found a pair of HOKA's that was on sale. It is so refreshing to find someone who still has outstanding customer service skills in a time where some customers don't have patience and want everything immediately. All we have to do is stand back, gage the situation, and, if necessary, show grace to others. The same grace that Father God has given us. Thanks, Kayden & Kenny. You gentlemen are tops in my book.

Called the store to ask about product prior to driving an hour. Was told they were in-stock with 18 on hand. Arrived to find 0 with the clerk stating they counted the wrong product.

They were the only store in the area that had a safety vest for my 8 year old son that we needed last minute for camping. And it was at a cheap cost!

Sale floor is put together good. The rest room is very nasty and you can smell it when you are coming down the hallway.it was extremely hot also. Hopefully the employees doesn't have to clean it and they have a cleaning company coming in. Employees was very nice!

I went in frustrated because I couldn’t get the seat on my bike. Kurtis put my seat on in less than 5 minutes. He also put on my kickstand. He was happy to help me. His customer service was outstanding.

Brought my daughter in for school shoes. Tony in the shoe dept was awesome. He had his hands full as it was pretty busy but he was polite and friendly as could be.

I placed an online order with store pick up here on a Wednesday and came to pick up the item on Thursday morning. I used the online check in provided in the confirmation email and my Everlast Heavy Bag Stand came out in less than 5 minutes. The gentleman who brought it out helped me get it into the car safely and it was all good. Super easy and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to return!

Do NOT do online order pickup at this store. They either gave the order to someone else without an ID (unlikely) or an employee "picked it up" and marked it as the customer having picked it up. Regardless, bad business practice and now we have to find a last minute replacement gift.

I went in to get a rosin bag. Had looked online and it showed they had it in the store. The baseball section was right up front, so I asked the young man working in that section where I could find it. He was beyond clueless! He wandered aimlessly around looking at something on his phone and finally handed me a giant bag, I told him that looked like a bag for a bat, ball and glove. Again he asked what I was looking for and I repeated myself. He told me to stay put and he would be right back and he trotted off. 5 minutes later he still hadn't returned and no one else was anywhere around to ask, so I left. I certainly won't be back!!

1st time here! We came on a Monday morning and it wasn’t busy at all. It was a quick in and out for me since I placed an order online for pick up. There is spots up front in the parking lot to park for pickup and curb side bring outs. Tons of parking available.

I went up to the counter to ask a question about the size of a t-shirt, I wanted to buy for my brother, and the young male assistant/cashier kept rolling his eyes. I told him, that he didn't need to do that, as I answered my own question when I realised the sizes were from Europe. The other young female assistant/cashier replied, that he was rolling his eyes at her because of something she had said, I didn't believe it and put my items back on the shelf and left the store. How rude!?

Baseball, softball, golf, camping, kayaks, fishing, running, lifting, a little boxing, and athletic apparel. I usually get my running shoes here. Good stock and sizes available all the time. Military discount. Good sales and a reward program that sends quite a few discount offers.
