Today Adam J. helped myself and my husband find new scents in the fragrance section. We entered the store not planning on purchasing anything, and ended up both making large purchases because of Adam. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. We had a lot of laughs, and I’m very grateful to feel welcome in a store. Great customer service is rare these days, and this was one of my favorite shopping experiences in a very long time. He never once gave any signal that he was unhappy being at his job helping us, and he continuously offered to show us many products(multiple that we will return to buy because of this!)
Thanks again for spending time with us today Adam, and I hope you are recognized for your great service.

People need to start going back out to the malls and get off this online shopping thing it's fun to try on what you buy and to eat at the food court meet new people just socialize!!!!!!!!!!

Best department store brands in the area! It's the only department I will actually go to purchase clothes! I fear once they leave the mall will close.

Very helpful Ready to wear women's department employee. They could definitely use more people on the sales floor especially with proms and graduations just around the corner. The managers I met were very friendly and not above helping wherever they were needed.We will be back in a couple weeks.

Basically, my ONLY shopping store. ALWAYS have what I need, what I'm looking for AND what I didn't know I wanted.Dillard's is generally always clean and the majority of the people are kind (most of them know me).Dillard's could stand to dismiss their PROFILING and SECRET HARASSING.

Hours for the holidays are ridiculous and not enough employees. The staff that is there are always friendly and helpful.
