Very helpful Ready to wear women's department employee. They could definitely use more people on the sales floor especially with proms and graduations just around the corner. The managers I met were very friendly and not above helping wherever they were needed.We will be back in a couple weeks.

Basically, my ONLY shopping store. ALWAYS have what I need, what I'm looking for AND what I didn't know I wanted.Dillard's is generally always clean and the majority of the people are kind (most of them know me).Dillard's could stand to dismiss their PROFILING and SECRET HARASSING.

Hours for the holidays are ridiculous and not enough employees. The staff that is there are always friendly and helpful.

I went to Dillard's to purchase a bottle of Aqua di Gio that I have been wearing for over 20 years. There were three sales ladies standing there and I told them what I wanted. They pulled up a box and rang it up for 110.00 plus tax. I opened it the next day and sprayed a small amount and knew immediately this isn't what I have been wearing for over 20 years. It had a rotten smell to it. It is so nasty, I don't know what to do as I can't wear this cologne. I've wasted all this money. It's depressing! Also, the same day, I went to the Calvin Klein underwear section and every pair of underwear was 40% off. Actually they had raised the price and then put the 40% off. Anyway I found a box my size and took it to pay for it and the man told me those aren't on sale just selected styles. I told him all CK's are on sale and he went over and started looking around like he's confused doing drama at the underwear rack. He stated "he would override and give it to me for sale price." What a joke. The last three time I have been in that store, I was the only customer in the place. Something needs to change period.

Lovely store! Katerine was an amazing help when it came to picking out the makeup products that were best suitable for my skin type, and I will definitely be coming back again

I've always loved Dillard's. I've found many the perfect dress/outfit here and continue to go back. There was a huge shoe sale going on when we were there so there weren't people waiting around to help us. The elevator worked great with our stroller. The dressing rooms were spacious and clean and there was no wait for a room. I'll continue going back for sure.

It was a big beautiful Store, very Clean and organized unfortunately, very little staff to serve customers! Clothing on high wall racks with no hooks nearby to get them down! I had to walk all over the store to find a sales person to help me get an item down then she disappeared with the Clothing I wanted to try on. I Had to Stand On A small step stool to get some other items down!I Finally located the Clothing That I Wanted to try on. After deciding what I Wanted to purchase, I had to look all over Store to find some one to ring up my items because there were no cashiers at the cash wraps!!! I wasted a lot of Time looking for help in that Store!

Customer service was Amazing . such a friendly laid-back environment.coming from a very social anxietied, awkward person who usually leaves public places with an unpleasant experience, i was very comfortable and treated soo well & friendly.Also , salespeople were very helpful with decision-making , with great taste !

Manager I’m assuming was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Tried to return this dress I purchased that had pilling on it. went home took the tags off and tried it on and noticed this after I threw away the tags I still had the receipt and they still said no refunds extremely unprofessional and rude will never buy from here or go here again. I don’t mind they can’t accept the return but don’t be extremely rude about the situation. She said “if it had pilling on it I wouldn’t have sold it to you” well she obviously did because we purchased it from the rack not even noticing

I was in your store on Tuesday February 22nd had a Amazing shopping experience buying my both brothers birthday gifts…..The salesperson in the Ralp Lauren Dept was very professional & so helpful & polite his name is Barron Hollanquest…..Very Sharp dresser representing the company very well with a smile greeting everyone…..I definitely be back!

When looking online for a ladies North Face, Nano puff jacket, it was available at Dillard’s. I contacted the Dillard’s at the STL Galleria. It was not available at that location but it was available at the Fairview Heights Dillard’s. The sales lady reserved it with my name and I drove there to pick it up on my way East, before Christmas. I did not have to order it online and have it delivered! That saved me a headache. I would like to give a LOUD shout out to Ms. Teisha at the Fairview Heights, Illinois Dillard’s location. She was awesome!

Ordered Christmas gifts, Swarovski items as the items I was looking for were not available anywhere else. They put a regular mail label on a priority mail express box even though I did not ask for expedited shipping. Had to pay $27 to get the box released and Dillard's customer service instead of expressing regrets are questioning my home address (which was correct) and when that did not make sense called it USPS' fault! Worst part, we opened one of the Swarovski gift box on Christmas morning and it was EMPTY!!! They do not even realize the hurt and embarrassment, they will file a claim to figure out in 3 business days if I can be at least refunded- adding insult to injury! I wish I had never considered ordering a precious item that comes packaged in it's own box from a company that has employees either too careless or too dishonest to do it right. Hoping for some show of integrity and kindness if any senior management people read about their own company here, the customer service girl was just a robot reading off learned answers to me with no regrets, I had to ask her to at least show me the courtesy of regrets :(
