Will never spend another dollar here! 4 employees and manager working and people standing up front to b checked out 3 employees walk right by but Noone even offers or says anything

I like this location, they’re mostly in stock, the employees are friendly, but I’m very frustrated that the self checkout is never open. While there was not a large line and I only had to wait a few minutes, I could have been in and out had the self checkout been running. The manager will spend up to an hour in line with her friend while she is working. They have quite the scam going on. She will take up a register for at least an hour 10 to 15 people in line. The place is nasty dirty. Dollar General corp. must be blind or doesn't care sad.
