Twice in the past week I've arrived at this store and they were already closed well before posted close time. Thursday 1/25 and 6:33pm and they were already closed.

Absolute worst customer service. I had two online orders that I needed to exchange. I went in 12/10 and was not greeted. There were two workers at the counter and one stayed at the computer the entire time and did not try to help once. The worker said he couldn't figure out how to exchange my item & order me a different size through their online store. He also complained how he will have to manually type in my address. I have exchanged clothes DOZENS of times yet he was telling me this is the first time he has heard of this. I asked for a manager & he said he is the manager. I gave up & came back on 12/17, again not greeted and the employee, Nicole, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that the employee from the previous Sunday was lying about being a manager and that she is the manager. I explained what happened last Sunday and she said that is untrue and kept acting like I made the whole story up. She kept trying to get me to "shop around the store" while their system was down and I said no now I just want to return my jeans and I think that set something off because then she told me that she can't return my online items in the store because Express updated their system and now online orders can't be returned or exchanged. I said I had called customer service was told it has to be done in store. She said "You know you're just talking to a bunch of people in India right?" I am pretty sure she just didn't want my returns to hurt their store quota of the day so she was trying to deter me. She kept cutting me off when I was asking why she is telling me to continue to wait for the system if she's also telling me she can't return an online order. She said "if you heard me the first time I said that we can't do online returns. We can't even get your order pulled up. Yet when I first got to the counter, she asked for my phone number and she was able to pull up my account and see my previous orders. SO WHY ARE YOU NOW TELLING ME YOU CAN'T SEE MY ORDER? She just kept talking in circles and I decided to leave.

Rude workers. As soon as I got in there- they told me they closed in 5 minutes- not hello, which is fine, but it is an hour before the mall closes and not posted on the door. Then I asked if the mall closed in 5 minute too- they repeated no but they close in 5 minutes. I wasn’t asking a 2nd time. It should be posted in the door and then they actually closed 2 minutes after that when there was 3 minutes left just to make a point in front of me. I actually knew what I wanted and was ready to buy. Hope life gets better for these people!

In my opinion, the menu items are tasty. I especially enjoyed the lo mein noodles. For a fast food place, I recommend. I have eaten at the local Panda Express restaurants and I believe the foods to be consistent in flavor and presentation.

The store had everything we were looking for. Quality clothing in the latest styles. Footwear to match. Customer service was over the top. Worth a stop.

The team members at the express in Fairview are very kind individuals looking out for my best interest and those of other workers looking for employment. Ryan consulted me today, got a very good impression of express through the great environment he created. Arrive at Ofallon Illinois drive at 5:45 15 cars ahead of me. Didn't order until 50 minutes later. Too long. Never again! I ask the girl why the long wait? They only had 3 people working. Time for manager to oversee his staffing better. Instead of making customers wait that long. I think I could have just stay home and made my own Chinese food faster.

This place works fast! I came in wanting a lower paying job and they were able to get me high paying jobs that they can personally vouch for. Ryan (the person I interviewed with) Had the knowledge and skill to find and recommend the best jobs for me. Jobs I would have never thought of. 5 star service
