We had a nail in each of our rear tires. Got appointment right away and they found two nails in each rear tire. They were unable to repair, but prorated my tires and got the job done in like 4 hours. It was the day before a holiday, and they had to find my tires and even drove to the place to make sure we would be out of the shop on time. Best customer service we had there in a while! Thank you.

I went to this location last year before moving out of state, to get new tires and a few other things done. When I came to pick my car up, the first thing they said to me was one of the employees mistakenly chipped one of my wheel caps while trying to change the tires. They assured me they would order another one for me to replace it, but kept saying the cap was on “back order”. I then went out to the car and saw that they had also dented my drivers side door. This was a month before I was moving out of state, so of course I had a million things to take care of before I left and put the issue on the back burner. I’ve called a few times since I’ve moved away to see how we would get the situation rectified and the only person that seemed to have any kind of compassion was the black lady that used to be up front. I will never again take my car to ANY Firestone.

Could not have been better. I had a nail in a tire. They fixed it and rotated my tires i was out of there in 30 min.

Arrived for appointment at 2pm July 6. Appointment was not in computer and guy did not order my tires. He told me to come back on Sunday July 7 at 10am. I arrived at 957, no one at the store. He told me when I arrive, he would be in back but front door will be lock. Just call the store phone. I called several times, waited until 1030,no one showed up. I was lied to twice by the guy that answers the phone and works at the counter. Seems like this Firestone is bad business and could careless how they treat customers. If I could rate them a zero then that is what it would be. Terrible business, please do not go here. You would be wasting your time.

10 am appointment for oil change. 1.5 hrs later car is sitting on rack, oil drained no body working on car. Worst oil change ever.

Tech handling my oil change was not familiar with the oil housing unit assembly and removed the oil filter too roughly, disassembling the spring mechanism. There was immense confusion as to the state of the vehicle between tech, manager, and stand-in weekend manager. Was told by one person I would need to replace the housing unit in its entirety for hundreds of dollars, was told by another person at the same facility that it was all put together fine and working. I'm concerned about the low level of expertise, the lack of customer service, and the clear disregard for the status of my vehicle. I was told I would get a call back from the manager. Over 24 hours later with no call I reached out and was told my vehicle was ready, no explanation for why no one notified me. They never confirmed with me what tire was flat or what was being done to fix it. I waited three days to get my car back for a simple oil and tire change. Lines were long and every customer I stood behind had a similar experience. I definitely will not be going back.

really not happy with the service to my vehicle. i had made an appointment for the 20th of april for an alignment check a week before hand. when I went in for the appointment they had me wait 6 hours and were unable to perform anything to my vehicle, I asked if they could then compensate me for my time for my next appointment they said the could do half off. which was the only reason I came back. the following week I had made another appointment for the same time on the 27th of April. they then said that they couldn't get to it again and proceeded to say I need 4 brand new tires which rose the price to 440. they of course had no idea of the discount but said they could still apply half off on my service. but then told me I had to come back when they had the part ordered on the 9th of may. this was discussed with the store manager Josh and another employee. after I came in on the 9th I waited another 6 hours for my total to be a whopping 5,500, and I do not understand not being able to take bank payments over the phone or online which raised my premium on my card which I was not looking for. so I ended up paying 500 for 4 new tires, none of the work I asked for being done, and over 12 hours of wait time for a simple tire change. i understand you guys get busy but that's ridiculous and no responsibilities or discounts for such absurd wait times or service issues.

let me start off by saying the service and communication are excellent. these guys poked their head out for me big time my first visit. i had somewhere to be with my car and they made sure i was going to make it there that very night. a month or two later, i came in for an alignment. The guys were super transparent about everything. the tech that day gave my front end a good look after i nailed a curb to make sure i didn’t need anything such as tie rods, control arms, etc. great people with an even better work ethic.
