Jonathan was most helpful and respectful. He help me exchange a pair of NB and pick up an order. The ordered size didn't fit but he took the time to try other sizes. He checked to see what the store had and what was available online. He's quite patient. Customer service was amazing. I'll look for Johnathan whenever I am in the St. Clair Square mall !

I don't know if this woman was the manager but her name was Tequilla. I went down to footlocker to order Jason Markk shoe cleaner online but I wanted to use my employee discount so I had to order it in store. At first I spoke to an employee there but she didn't know how to help me it seemed, so she got her manager. Tequilla came out already looking annoyed and asked what I wanted. I said I would like to order some Jason markk. She rudely said, "we don't have that in store". I said I know...that's why I want to order it. She again rudely said, "why can't you just order it online?" And I said because I'd like to use my employee discount. So then she got annoyed and asked for my ID and employee card that I handed to her. She then made no eye contact and rudely asked for my information. They were not able to order it but I was very disappointed with her service and demeanor. Footlocker teaches this "always on never no" sales behavior and she of course didn't bother trying to help me any other way, or even try to sell me the other shoe cleaner, or try figuring out how I could use my discount to order the Jason markk shoe cleaner.

I just came here with my daughter. I think she may have a wide foot but wasn’t sure what size she should order. I asked if they could measure her foot. After waiting several minutes an employee handed me a foot measuring tool. I told him I didn’t know how to use it. Usually shoe stores measure your foot for you. He barely explained and I asked about how to measure her width and he stated they only carried regular and no wides and could not tell me how to measure that. This is a SHOE STORE and you’re telling me not only do you not measure feet, but you don’t know how to measure them completely AND you while you don’t carry anything in wide I am SURE we could place an order with you for them if we actually knew what her correct size was. Lost a customer. I get better service at the discount shoe stores. What a ridiculous experience.
