I like the vegetarian options. The store is clean and easy to navigate.
The staff are wonderful!
I would LOVE a plant enzyme real cheese option. They carry the brand but no cheeses that are vegetarian (no killing) unless it is milk less .... I am not a fan of milkless cheeses ..

Prices are a bit higher than a normal grocery store, but this place deals in organic foods mostly & it's healthier so that is that. They do have many sales on items and I think I saved almost $14.00 & some change.. I will be going there from now on, makes sense when it benefits our health

Try to use the self check because the lines were long where the checkers were at thought I would save myself some time only I came up with a problem that I couldn't handle at the self check and I press the button for assistance and waited and waited I saw a lady talking to a man up in front of the store and so I waved at them she looked up at me and walked over she helped me get the computer straightened out never said one word to me never said bye hi is this all you need she turned around and walked away I will never use that self checkout line again

I find it reprehensible to have to provide my personal information to a third party in order to look for food that is supposed to be healthy and organic from a first party! WTH? If I wanted instacart to have people touching my food needs, and share my personal info, I'd have contacted them directly! Shame on you Fresh

Fresh Thyme is awesome! We try to keep customer service as a main priority, while it's forgotten everywhere else and society gets more self-centered and divisive by the day. I work here, obviously, and I enjoy my job because I have great co-workers and we try our best to have fun and keep the positive vibes flowing. So if you haven't ever been to the store, or maybe just haven't visited in a while, I hope you'll please stop in and check out the store. If I'm working be sure to say "hello" and probably end up sharing a laugh or two.

Deli people are rude, but will likely come back early in morning or later in evening as I like the boarshead, but there is no reason to be rude to customers.

I was disappointed. They advertised chicken wings for $1.99/lb but didn't stock (1) tray for the entire week. They frequently offer buy one get one free & double the price of the one. Duhh.
