Ok so gave my 10 y/o some autonomy and let him buy a game on a code from this game stop. He lost the little piece of paper the code came in. The folks at Nintendo support were useless after five days of barking at them on the horn. My guy Alec got the whole situation handled in under 30 minutes.

Went in for a controller warranty swap, found out they changed the policy tho it's not stated online at all about this change. Store was filthy, the boys in there aren't cleaning at all. Secondly, I should not be listening to the employee Alec complaining and getting upset that someone called for a trade in quote. That job is extremely easy there is no reason to take our frustration on customers. This location has been hiring the worst people ever for the past few years now. Do yourselves a favor and go to Shiloh or Belleville instead, you'll have a much better experience.

That guy that was working there yesterday did not know what he was doing and was very easily frustrated about it. Couldn't figure out how to cancel an online delivery and just hand me my games over the counter. He was also unprofessional. In his frustration, he was slamming the phone down on the counter as he tried calling other people to help him figure it out. All the while, in the same breath, pushing for me to get the gamestop pro yearly subscription.No, I'm not gonna need that, I'm not walking into a gamestop ever again.

Do not go into this one go to anyone but this one there was a curly haired guy working today I walked in he was dealing with a customer as he should I waited and waited and after there transaction was over he continued to watch video game trailers with the gentlemen and just shooting craps finally I said you know what I have questions and you seem to be to busy watching videos to help so I'll go to slackers and left I will not be renewing my pro pass or purchasing anything from GameStop again absolute terrible service
