The customer service here was amazing! We were helped by multiple workers who let us try different clubs on the golf simulator until we found what worked best for me. They went above and beyond to help us use a discount by signing up my email for rewards points. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to try out some new equipment!

Master fitter Derek was great! He was a wealth of knowledge and really broke down the data as to not only get the most out of the club but get the most out of my (as of right now) rather low skill set. He was very reassuring on my miss hits and even accommodated my pregnant wife with a chair. As a newer golfer at my 1st fitting all I wanted were good clubs to build my skill set on and Derek over delivered. Very easy to talk to and went above and beyond by offering some swing tips. Couldn't be happier.

I recently scheduled and went for a driver fitting. Don Darnell managed the fitting process. I had a great experience. Determined that the new Callaway Paradym driver was the best choice. I have now played several rounds with the new club. It is by far the best driver I have owned! If you are in the market for new clubs go to Golf Galaxy and get fitted. You will be glad you did. Dan, Don and the rest of the team will treat great! Thanks Don and Dan!!

Came in for a fitting and met with Denny. Very helpful, asked lots of questions. Big high 5 to him. Dan also answered our questions, explained how my new clubs would arrive. Good staff.

Great place to go for any golf enthusiast. A large variety of bags, apparel, accessories, clubs etc. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and Eric in particular was extremely helpful and made my whole experience exceptional.

So I was in search of a new driver and I took mine in to make a comparison to ensure I'm using the right shaft and to see if anything has improved enough to warrant spending $400+ on a new golf club. A Golf Galaxy associate looks at me like I'm trying to rob the place and says I can't get on the Trackman (even with an associate) without either forking over $99.00 for a driver fitting or paying $30.00 for 30 minutes in the Trackman simulator. All I wanted to do was take about 10 shots with each to see if there was a driver worth purchasing. Anyway, I've bought a lot of stuff from them in the past but I will never darken their doorstep again. There are plenty of golf stores who provide top-notch customer service (PGA Superstore and Edwin Watts come to mind) and Golf Galaxy isn't one of them. Talk about penny wise and dollar stupid!

This place has horrible customer service and high prices. I have been in a few times trying to think positive and that maybe I just hit them at a bad time. It was consistent bad customer service. The last time I was looking to buy new irons. They were hesitant to let me hit the demos, then told me it would be $100 to turn on the simulator. I was not asking for a fitting just wanted to hit a few and narrow down what I liked better. With a future fitting in mind. I found a local place in OFallon that was 30% cheaper and had 100% better service.
