“I started at Spade almost a year ago, not because I wanted to, but because my fiancé wanted me to see how great it was. I went in not expecting it to be much more than a typical group fitness class. I had my first session in the executive group and I was hooked. The environment is welcoming and the trainers know how to push you just hard enough without overdoing it. Before I started attending class regularly I was burnt out from going to the gym. This program has helped me learn to love exercise again!”

“I have been here at this gym for over five years and have seen multiple owners come and go, and I can confidently say that kinetic fitness and performance is now under the best ownership. I personally know one of the owners, and ever since he stepped in, the gym has made numerous upgrades, including brand, new equipment, more weights, and even the option to work with a personal trainer. Kinetic fitness has everything you could possibly need in the gym and more. Not only do they have all the weights and machines, they also offer free classes with your gym membership. Aside from that they have all sorts of pre-workout supplements, protein, isolate protein, etc, energy drinks, and protein bars.

Kinetic fitness, winning best local gym in Fairview of 2022 speaks for itself, but I can personally advocate that this is the best gym to be at, I say that, because as soon as you walk in the door, whether you are a new member, or a longtime member, you feel like family. You feel like you belong. The staff is always happy to help with any sort of questions you may have, and even offer assistance with lifting. It's hard at times to connect em with the staffed hours but overall, if you're looking for a gym to start your journey or to continue your journey, I highly recommend kinetic fitness.!”

“I’ve had such a great experience at this Planet Fitness! One thing that always stands out is how hard the staff works to keep the gym clean. Every time I’m there, I see employees wiping down equipment and making sure everything is spotless. They also added a lot of new equipment back in January, which has made workouts even better since there’s more variety and less waiting.

I was especially nervous to try the tanning beds for the first time because I had no idea what I was doing. Two of the employees were incredibly kind and patient. They walked me through the entire process, explained the best way to tan safely, answered all of my questions, and even helped me choose the right tanning lotion for my skin. They made me feel completely comfortable and confident. Customer service like that is hard to find! I always look forward to coming here because everyone is so welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their members. Highly recommend this location!”
