This store is in the St Clair mall across from the food court. Lots of very cool clothing here. Many other cool stuff here. The staff here is professional, friendly and professional. If you are looking for something unique, you should check out hot topic . You should check out this store if you are in the mall.

Hot topic is great I didn't find clothes my size cus I'm really fat but their was nice trinkets and pins etc. It's a great place for finding niche stuff I'm definitely coming back

This location is cliche of all other locations. I did note how tidy and organized this location was. The employees were cheerful hand helpful.

The in store experience is great. Friendly staff and always willing to help. But the online is a different experience. The app is heavily bugged and I do NOT recommend doing a pre order online because it says you won't be charged until your item ships. Well that's not entirely true. You'll be charged right away, then the amount will fall off. But every 7 days the hold will be charged to your account until it ships.

I had a store pick-up order that I just couldn’t get to in time, so I called the store and I was connected to the store manger, Phoenix. She was the sweetest thing and very understanding and she extended my pick-up time!
