“Premium Cleaners made things right. I brought in four items for dry cleaning, and only three were ready when returned. Management took a few days to get back to me, but once they did, they were apologetic and proactive. The missing item was a unique uniform piece I needed before the weekend, and they immediately offered to reimburse me for a replacement and expedited shipping. Within 24 hours, I had a check in hand covering the full cost. Mistakes happen, but they handled the issue responsibly and professionally. Thank you Kaitlynn!!!”

“I needed my bridesmaid dress altered since it was too long and they did it perfectly! I was told it would take about a week but they had it done in 4 days. Nice service and reasonable prices.”
