Was not greeted while entering store. Only one customer in store as I entered. There were three employees helping the one customer. I walked around the entire store,glanced at items, took my time to see if someone would acknowledge me. No assistance at all. Completely ignored. Wondering if I was the same color as the employees and one customer if I would've received the same service? Definitely won't be shopping there anymore.

The previous negative reviews are outdated. I recently visited this location for the first time and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I will definitely be a return customer.

Went to return some items for my wife and the sales lady (tall, thin with short dark hair) gave me a lecture about how the extended window for returns was over and that we should have mailed the stuff back like she did.. blah blah blah. Apparently "the company sent out an email about the dates" which my wife never got. After getting the third degree she finally accepted the return and made it like she was doing me a favor. No wonder why my wife hates going there. She used to work for the company and says it messes with their numbers to do returns in the store so she always orders online and returns there because they have horrible customer service.

I just moved to the area and my daughter and I went to the store. I bought some items for her most-of them on sale except a romper. Within 2 hrs I saw LOFT online was having 40% off and because I was in the area I ran by to see if they would price match the romper (never had a problem getting a price match before) and the sales lady was SO RUDE! She huffed and puffed at me and told me they don't do that because online is different. I ended up returning everything and just ordering online. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just order online!
