I’ve contacted Lowe’s store customer service, Lowe’s management, Lowe’s online service and no one is taking care of me as a customer. I have an item that need to be returned, I’ve been going back and forth with Lowe’s for over a month with no resolution. I purchased a generator and was informed I had 90 days to return it. The generator is new never been opened and I’ve been told the employee was wrong and it’s only 48 hours then your online service said it was a 30 day return. A manager from the store left me a voice message making it seem I was unsure of their return policy and the return was only 48 hours. At what time do you take care of your customer. I was informed I had 90 days and I want Lowe’s to return a brand new item I no longer need regardless of your store team or online service lack of knowing your return policy. This is really poor customer service

Bruce was excellent and helped me with a $900 purchase (multiple items.) He went over and beyond! His patience was beyond as I’m slightly impaired with my vision and a disabled veteran. Thank you, Bruce and I appreciate your help!! He needs to be commended on his actions!!

Went in last Saturday to just look at a new washer, dryer and refrigerator, but ended up purchasing all three. This was due to Paul's excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful without any pressure and a great personality. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. He scheduled delivery to our new home in Missouri for a later date. He even provided his business card with his phone number if we have any issues.

We went to this lowes around 12, almost slipped and fell on something on the floor in front of customer service (piece of some plant), and they didn't seem to care and stared at me when I almost fell. When I brought up that there was something on the floor they blew me off and said nothing. I've been to several lowes before and was able to use the military discount for spouse and mediate family.. but the staff wouldn't allow us to use the discount, and made up that only the spouse can only use the discount, when every single other lowes allows mediate family and it's also stated in the policy that mediate family is allowed to use the discount. (This instance we are children of former military and used the discount several times at other lowes.) They argued and started throwing attitude at us and also tried to just rush us out, so we just left and didn't purchase anything, I wouldn't recommend going to this lowes location..

I have been here twice to purchase big items and both times someone has helped me take it to the front, purchase and load it in the truck. Today specifically 3 gentleman helped me purchase a lawn mower. Thank you to the manager that asked if I needed help finding anything and leading me to where I needed to go, to the young guy that usually works in the outdoor area that did his best to answer my questions and to the expert of the lawn mowers who got one down for me, wheeled it through self checkout and loaded into my truck! All while my wild toddler was doing what he does best and being wild. Thank you!!!

Being that Lowes is close to our home, it is usually the first place we check. I love that we can ask any employee where the item we are looking is located. Every employee can quickly answer with the aisle number. Impressive! Checkout was all self help yesterday with a supervisor who was encouraging the shoppers with the process. Some shoppers were miffed. This was the first time i had to scan my state drivers license to verify my veteran status. I appreciate the veteran discount. We will be back.

I needed a new grill this Memorial day and I went to Lowe's with no idea of what kind of grill I wanted to buy. Alam explained all of my options very thoroughly and helped me to pick the best item for me. I needed additional items for my home, and felt overwhelmed due to the size of the store, but he walked with me to help me find several items, while assisting others all the way -- I was so impressed! I left the store feeling highly satisfied. Alam was such a nice person, a dedicated worker, I definitely will be returning to this Lowe's!
