I ended up going to Belleville Lowe's in person. Lisa helped me with my washer and dryer purchase. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. A good experience.

The employees at the customer service desk need some additional training on what exactly customer service is. Even one of the managers, Robby was rude and unhelpful. I will no longer be a customer there.

Ordered a shower base that got lost somewhere in shipping. Called 3 times and spoke with less than helpful service reps two of which said they would call back and never did. On my final call, the rep said the tracking link would not work so that's all she could do. Had to cancel the order. What a joke, would give 0 stars if I could.

After 25 years years of using Lowe's almost exclusively I am done with them. I went tonight and the store was almost empty of customers. I needed help in aisle 16 and can find no worker to assist me. I asked the two cashiers working in front who are just standing there if they can call someone to assist me in aisle 16. They announced it on store speaker. No one come. After 10 minutes I ask two employees at the contractor desk to call for help and they do again. They of course are just sitting and talking no customers. Again no one come. I wait ten minutes and again out loud ask for help from Burt and Ernie and no one comes. Then I leave and call the store customer service who puts me on hold to speak to the manager. Guess what? They don't answer either. HELLO AMAZON

I have repeatedly gone to this store over the past few years and bought appliances as well as a new bathroom shower and vanity. I have also picked up smaller items as needed and will continue to shop here because they treat me like they would a man doing these types of repairs and renovations.

Last night I bought a dishwasher from this store. Paid to have it delivered and installed since ours was broken. Just to get a call the next day to find out they are out of stock and it will take 3-5 day to refund our money. Why can't their system tell them it is out of stock and not to take customer's hard earned money.Plus, while we were at this store. There is no one to help you. We tried getting some paint. Hit the help button. Waited 20 minutes. No one showed. It was 7 pm at night, and the store was dead. All you see are employees talking to each other, but no one is reaching out to offer customers help.What happened to Customer Service at this Company. I have been a long-time supporter of Lowe's, but I am done. I will be canceling my Lowe's CC, and they will not see another dollar from me.

Good assortment of items. Had the item for which I was looking. As of early August 2023, Lowe's was doing an end of season clearance on gardening tools including Kobalt shovels.

I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot; just seems more family'ish. Home Depot too manly and woody for me.Lowe's generally have what I am looking for and mostly clean with people around to assist.

My wife and I went here to get some paint for our living and kitchen. We were trying to use our rewards points at checkout, but none of the employees knew how the process worked. When, we asked Bobby to call the manager Terry that's over the program the rewards program he said he couldn't because it's against company policy but Shannon another store worker call Terry right up and he didn't answer the phone. Is mighty funny to me that Terry is over the rewards program and it's off work and all the workers that's under him in the rewards program also are off and no other store worker in the building knows how to use the rewards point, it's a good way to lose customers.
