Marshalls is a store full of surprises with new items arriving weekly. It offers an ever-changing selection of brands across ladies fashion, shoes, beauty, home, men's, and kids. The store is described as immaculately clean, organized, and well-stocked. Staff members are consistently noted as nice, friendly, full of energy, and more than willing to help, whether in person or on the phone. Employees are highlighted as attentive, kind, and funny, providing exceptional and cool customer service that enhances the shopping experience. While some note prices can be higher than similar stores, the enjoyable atmosphere and helpful staff make it a place customers love, would go to again, and would even go out of their way to revisit.
We always find decent priced clothing here. My only problem with the clothing is sometimes the treads come lose to cause holes.

I LOVVEEE the ladies working here. They are full of energy, & more than willing to help either on the phone, and in person. Very clean store. However, I went during the week, before 5.
Although their prices are higher than Ross, I’d come shop again just based off the attentive customer service.
