Marshalls is a store full of surprises with new items arriving weekly. It offers an ever-changing selection of brands across ladies fashion, shoes, beauty, home, men's, and kids. The store is described as immaculately clean, organized, and well-stocked. Staff members are consistently noted as nice, friendly, full of energy, and more than willing to help, whether in person or on the phone. Employees are highlighted as attentive, kind, and funny, providing exceptional and cool customer service that enhances the shopping experience. While some note prices can be higher than similar stores, the enjoyable atmosphere and helpful staff make it a place customers love, would go to again, and would even go out of their way to revisit.
Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating in any marshalls store I've been in. It never fails I can always find something I need/want.

Granddaughter went for a book. Didn't find that o e, but did find 8 or 11 others she wanted. Got them for about 1/3 what it would have cost elsewhere. She was VERY happy. Cashier was very friendly and quick.

Most of the prices are on par with other discount stores but I do miss the days of the true bargains.
