“My favorite hoodie had a broken zipper. Not knowing where to go, I turned to FB for opinions. Willards was recommended quite a few times. When I dropped it off the lady was obviously very busy but managed to be attentive and friendly. She told me a little over two weeks. Two weeks to the day I went back to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I was slightly annoyed. If someone would have called to let me know it would have been fine. They explained that they're in the middle of homecoming season and they're running behind. It would be just a couple more days. From that point on their customer service was great. They called with updates and were very attentive. They had the work completed two days later. The work itself was 10/10. I would definitely recommend. Just be prepared for additional wait depending on busy they are. It doesn't feel like they have any kind of computerized order management. They write down your info and hand you a pick up ticket. Which explains why I didn't get a call when it was late. I will definitely be back!”

“Wasn't this place located over by schnucks and Burger King at one point? I thought I reviewed it there many years ago. Maybe it's just me but I didn't see any shorts there. I mean it makes sense that it's summertime so people need those and that's why they have none. The store is clean and laid out well. Some of the other reviews talk about the staff not being interested in being there but I couldn't tell that.”
