Walk in to rent a tuxedo. Walk up to the counter and see a sign that says scan here to check in - I do, says I am first in line. Customers after me walk in and the employees walking around the store help them rather than me, who is at the front counter, and digitally checked in as position number one in line. Employee comes up to counter, asks what I need, then states his shift ended and he can’t help me. Ok. I then wait at the counter just standing as the other employees walk around and continue helping the people who walked in after me. I thought at least I would get a ‘I’ll help you shortly’ or something. Nope. Nothing. After ten minutes we left. Perhaps if you have a digital check in sign in your store - use it. Perhaps assist the customers waiting at your counter first rather than customers who walk in later. Abysmal customer service.

Scheduled an appointment with them to have my suit tailored; I drove over an hour to get there, and once I did they told me their tailor called in and that I should schedule an appointment on the same day I call. There should be more than one tailor for these circumstances.

I had a very disturbing experience at this location. Myself and a friend of mines came in to try to get fitted and rent a tux for our friends wedding. We walked in and never was greeted we walked around for about 15 mins before anyone came up to us. I saw I sign that said use the bar code to scan to sign in. We were about to do that when we noticed a white couple come in and was greeted immediately and was asked how can they be helped. After that a woman came to help us, she didn’t seem very happy to help us and was rather dry. In the middle of helping us another white couple came in and was greeted immediately and she left us to help them. While standing there and feeling like we wasn’t worthy to shop at this business we left. I’m 43 years old you guys shouldn’t judge a book by its cover because we were there to spend a nice amount of money renting tux for us and the rest of the groomsmen.

My spouse and I went to Men's Warehouse looking for a tuxedo shirt and a bow tie. We were greeted immediately. The sales clerk asked if it was okay to take his measurements and proceed to find exactly what he needed and wanted. The process went smoothly, and we were out the door to finish up our errands.

She was nice sweet kind and prompt she just moved here from Russia, and she has a second job working at h &r block. Thanks for the measurements. I look forward to shopping at Sketchers and Stacy Adams because I got measured and booted. Tell her Tony says thanks, and please give her some type of raise or incentive. She made this customer happy on a Sat afternoon. Thanks Men's Warehouse.

I returned 2 shirts I bought earlier today from a different location that just didn't fit as well as I liked. The gentleman that helped me took one look at me and said he didn't think I had the right size. He was pretty sure what I needed,but measured me to be sure. He was correct. I ended up leaving with 3 new shirts that fir perfectly.

This suit shop does not pressed or launder their shirts in between weddings, enough said. My white shirt was impressed and wrinkled and filthy then they acted like this was to be expected and we had to beg them to press a white shirt. They even admitted they didn’t clean the shirts in between weddings, filthy. It’s more expensive and less cleanly than a local shop. Don’t rent your wedding tux here or at any MW

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worse experience with a sales rep on Sept. 9. When we asked for help, she was mean and had an attitude. She eventually helped with getting fitted for a suit after I mentioned that she appeared to have an attitude.My fiancé asked her if he should pay now or when the suit arrived. She stated the policy changed so we had to pay then. She went on to say she “knows it can be tough when you're in between pay checks.” She assumed because of the color of our skin we didn’t have the money. We both have great paying jobs and money isn’t a problem. It was a terrible and hurtful experience.

Horrible experience, sales associate was not interested in making a sale. Told him price didn’t matter but he only offered me one option. Kept walking away, could answer basic questions. Don’t think I’ll go back.
