Scam artists! Went in to get new phone that was advertised as free, told them we wanted the free phone, and they immediately started asking “what’s your budget” and we assured them the free phone was our budget. They laughed. None of them were free. Fast forward a few months… another kid needed an updated phone, went online. Again, free phones with a new plan… called the number directly to avoid the scam artists in this store and the phone was, in fact, free. Don’t deal with this store. Go straight to corporate Metro. I want my money back from the non free, “free” phones we have been scammed into buying there.

Google disappeared off my phone and they were unable to restore it. Of course I had to buy a new phone. One of the guys was a little shaky to me, the other one was ok. Phone stores are a necessary evil.

Do not use this dealer. Go to another store or preferably a different company. Definitely do not deal with Vinny. She is a liar and double talks. I've been with this company since 2017 and because of my experience with this representative I am leaving this company. Bought the home internet box and got it home and it only worked for 5 minutes then displayed no service. Contacted customer service and was told that new equipment would be mailed out by the store and it was their responsibility. When I contacted the store I was told by them that only customer support could do that. I was giving the run around on both ends. When I tried calling the store again my call would go straight to voicemail but when I tried from another number it was picked up. Took the box back to the store and was told we would have to wait till they got one in and they would call when it came in. Never got that call so we came in a week later and just wanted the box refunded but was treated horribly. Was told they couldn't refund it because it was past the return period even though we were waiting for equipment that never came to replace the faulty equipment. This business is shady. Please for your sake DO NOT waste your time and money with this store.

I’m only giving one star to leave this review if I could give zero stars I would! The young lady at the counter was so nasty and rude to me from the moment I walked in I left feeling terrible due to the service there was no manager so no one else to speak with I don’t recommend anyone get services at this location! She spoke to me as if I had no brain.

It reminds me of going to a third world country and getting a burner phone so that you can use it while you're in country. It just doesn't feel like a respectable modern American business. We have a foreign relative visiting and thought this would be an easy fix while they're in country for a few months but there's too many weird offers that are posted throughout the store but when you actually talk to people everyone has a different explanation as to the ins and outs of how the discounts are paid. We wound up just taking them to AT&T where we have our plan and adding them as a family member. Far cheaper in the long run and everybody knows that T-Mobile has a garbage network anyway

If I could give no stars I would. Let me start off by saying Rocky is a lier, I went in inquiring to become a new customer. I purchased a phone I really didn’t care to purchase but I got it anyways just for the sims card. I was told by Rocky that if I did a survey he would wave the transfer fee to swop devices. When I went back he stated I still had to pay after I did the review. Customer service is very bad with the particular salesman.
