If I could give no stars I would. Let me start off by saying Rocky is a lier, I went in inquiring to become a new customer. I purchased a phone I really didn’t care to purchase but I got it anyways just for the sims card. I was told by Rocky that if I did a survey he would wave the transfer fee to swop devices. When I went back he stated I still had to pay after I did the review. Customer service is very bad with the particular salesman.

Was told a straight lie by the sales person about a $35 premium something or other she said was a mandatory fee. She also explained it as a "tax". I'm not sure what kind of bait and switch, scam BS these metro stores are pulling but I will be reporting the three stores in the Belleville, Ofallon, Fairview area to Corporate. Incase it's not clear, that's a crime to charge people a "mandatory" fee that's isn't actually mandatory. That's called fraud.

Hard to get straight answers and a lot of bait and switch with deals. If you like metro, then maybe you should go to T-Mobile.
