This shop has provided great service for tires, brakes, struts and shocks. All at fair prices. Today they fixed the dashboard light for tire pressure. The tires were all at the right pressure but light in dash would not go off. This shop was able to fix the problem by getting the TPMS to “relearn”. They did it at no cost! Thank you!

Twice, now, we've had an emergency and they have gotten us right in with little wait. They have been friendly and while they OFFERED upgrades, they were not pushy about it. When my card wouldn't go through they were very helpful and understanding, did not embarrass me, and waited for me to work out the problem with the bank without making a big deal about it. Nice, solid, reliable people there.

We had a flat tire on the interstate on a Sunday morning. We were towed to this location and they hooked us up for our vacation. Super nice service technicians-highly recommend!

I was in need of new 10-Ply tires for my truck (which apparently are hard to come by these days), before hauling a 13,000lb 5th wheel several hundred miles, and I had 3 days to get it done. William (the store Manager) located me 5 Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse AT's and promised me he could get them to the shop and get the job done by the end of day Thursday, my deadline. Sure enough William came through and had my tires installed by 4pm the day I needed them by. Everyone I dealt with at the location was extremely professional and took care of what I needed to get done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the Fairview Heights location to anyone in need of tires.

We needed four new tires and the Store Manager at NTB, William M., gave us such a great price on the tires that included balancing, valve stems and an alignment! The service was excellent.
