Let me start by saying in the past I have had great experiences at this location, however, today not so much. Earlier in the week I sent an email to their print department (September 4th) as of September 6th I still had no response as to wether or not they could help me with my printing needs. Was just there and waited patiently for my turn to be helped at the print area. The employee there became irate and displayed poor public relations when I misunderstood his directions about what pc I should use to print from my flash drive. I took my flash drive telling him I was sorry he didn't have help causing him to speak to me as he did. I did not have any prints made. I have been to the Fairview Hts store many times and have never been spoke to as rudely as this overworked man appeared to be.

Poor return policy 14 days only on electronics even if not defective if you bought it and you do not want it after 14 days they do not take it back therefore it is your problem to pawn it or get rid of it

Went in today, 3/30/19 at approximately 1:35pm for a quick purchase. NO ONE offered to help me. I stood at the check out area while the cashier checked out a customer and the 2 “gentlemen†employees stood behind her. Yes, they knew I was standing there as we made eye contact and then they turned their backs to me! Office Max.....shame on you!!! You lost the sale and a customer. Best Buy gained a sale and a new customer!

Use the online search to find what I was looking for.online search said they had 3. Got there and hey had none. Waste of time and staff was lacked about everything. Won't be going back.

Super disappointing experience. I stopped in to pick up an online order. When I saw the item I realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. Then I realized as a company, Office Max, charges different prices on their website that they do in their stores. Chaos ensued. I was pissed. Back to Staples online for me!

Just left this store and WOW the customer service was horrible. We waited in line to ask to see if they have a computer chair in stock, they checked in their system and stated they did and would get it shortly. As we continued to wait with other items in hand the girl approaches us and said, he had to go over and help on the register cause it got a bit busy. News flash, we are paying customers also that where there well before others being helped.

No sales support on the floor. The Manager doesn't care about helping customers, even when asked for support. Worst office supplies shopping experience. Pick another store location for support not excuses.

Went into the store for a problem with some HP ink cartridges that I bought there ,,,,first they gave me some run around,then the manager Andy told me to bring in my printer and they would look at it ,,so I came back with the printer,,, that's what he did just look at it didn't check it out,, but he said the printer was probably broke ,,,and if I contact HP about this problem they would not do anything for me so don't even waste my time,,, I won't be wasting my money there anymore for sure
