Needed business cards same-day and of course missed the 2pm window… called the store and talked to Stacy in Print and she got the order filled immediately. I had business cards within 2hrs of ordering online!!! Wild how efficient and accommodating the associates are at the OfficeMax in Fairview Heights, IL. Thanks Stacy!

I went to this store, and the lack of customer service skills is unbelievable. I had to go find an associate. He seemed like he did not want to be bothered. I was asking him some questions and told him I wanted the product. As I was checking out the product, he started scrolling on his phone and walked away. He didn't ask any questions,he just walked off. That was my first and last time in that store. The owners need to check on their store because the experience was horrible.

I stopped in to purchase a new printer I had been told about. I found the printer myself but had a few questions. No one offered to help me or ask if I had questions,etc. So finally I asked one of the employees if I could get some assistance and he acted like he wasn't too concerned but said okay. Then I stood and waited and waited for him to come. I saw he was more interested in his phone than helping me so I just told him never mind I'll go somewhere else since no one here seems to want to help and left. Printer sale lost today for this business!!

The store is disorganized and very expensive. There very low of stock for some items. I went for some file storage and a file folders and it was the Office Depot brand and it was $45. The staff is very nice and when I needed tech support they were quick and helpful to fix my computer.

Store is a disaster. Dirty and organzied. Trevon was unwilling to help. Went to the counter, he ignored me and was busy texting. I wanted to buy a chair, took him a half hour to tell me it wasn’t in stock even though he said it was. Couldn’t tell me what chairs were in stock. Did not care about assisting in the least. I left and won’t be back.

My 10 case paper ream was never delivered. Open chat communication, they said they will escalate. Still 2 days later - nothing. Will not be returning to office max. You guys can take the order but don't know how to ship and deliver. I am out of $.... even right now (as I send this feedback) no refund and no delivery. Thanks for taking my money. I know this feedback will go nowhere.

I received an email text at 6:20pm saying my order was ready for pick up. I arrived at the store at 6:34pm to find out they closed at 6pm. Why would they tell me my order was ready if they are closed??

A HUGE THANK YOU TO STACY!!!!! I was at a lost trying to quickly get prints of labels done. Stacy, walked me through each step and helped me design what I needed. She was friendly, helpful, professional, and eager to help!! Thank you Stacy!!!!!!!!!

Went there right after moving here. This one 1 person and wasnt busy acted like i was bothering her. Also emails she supposed to send were never sent. Wish i could use store in East Peoria.

They are seriously so amazing!! Not sure what these bad reviews are about… every time I go in there all of the employees are super helpful and I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in! I’m not sure what the name of the man that checked me out is but he was super nice and came up to me to ask if I needed help and walked me to the items. Donna is an absolute blessing she is always so kind and personable. I have never had a bad experience here customer service is literally the best!!

April 29 2024 525 walk in no greet 527 explained the copies I need. 531 realized this employee won't help or at least let me know next step. 536 after patiently waiting realized there are 3 other employees streaming to each other and there's only one other customer. 341 another employee walk to and away from the printing counter I'm at alone. After Knowing I've unable to receive any service after making eye contact at every employee I peacefully depart at 545. Negative 2 stars

OfficeMax will let you purchase something online but by the time you get to the store to pick it up they’ve already canceled the order because they never had it in stock to begin with. And they wonder why customers are flocking to Amazon! That was the last chance that OfficeMax gets from me.
