A major shoutout to Billie who not only hyped me up with the selections I made for myself but for going back and forth to the floor to get the right size and right cuts for my body type. After losing the most weight I have in my adult life, she was a breath of fresh air helping me get a mini Winter wardrobe together. Service was good. The clearance sale was sweet! I got some really adorable clothes for pennies on the dollar. 4 stars only because they never have enough cashiers. There is always a long wait.

Had the best experience here today! Tiana went above and beyond in helping me locate a pair of petite jeans at another old navy store in the area as I am going out of town and didn’t have time for shipping. Super impressed with their jeans recently too!

When wanting to return items- you better return within 30 days. They will not accept items beyond 30 days even with all of the tags on the item and the receipt. Service was fine, but the quality of product is profoundly subpar . You are just as well to purchase items from Walmart.
